Concepto Digital SpA, operating as Reportr, offers a 30-day refund policy on all subscription purchases. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised Merchant of Record.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@reportr.agency with your account email address and payment date. We will process your refund promptly.
You may also contact Paddle directly via their Buyer Portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting hello@reportr.agency. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again after that.
